Sexpert Counselor understands that you may be concerned about your privacy on the Internet. Your personal privacy will always be respected by Sexpert Counselor. Personal information provided by you will not be disclosed, shared, or sold to anyone at any time.
There are a few situations which represent exceptions to confidentiality. Sexpert Counselor is legally and ethically required to report any immediate intention to commit suicide; any immediate threats to harm yourself or anyone else; or any incidence of child or elder abuse.
Although transmissions to this site are treated with the utmost confidentiality, Sexpert Counselor cannot be held liable for breaches of confidentiality due to computer malfunction or hacking.
